Don't delay and start using this program now. For the succesfull registration it is enough to fill only the company name, login and password. The company data including the name you can change anytime you want.

What can "hackers" find here?
Perhaps if somebody would take effort to attack this program and if he will be succesfull by chance, he will find nothing more here as is it already published on the internet.
- your company data are in the business or trade register which is published on the internet
- your list of customers could be considered as a reference and many companies are glad to publish it willingly
- your turnover - if it is so big so you fear about reveal, possibly you don't need the program for free.
No other information is possible to find here. I think and believe, that "hackers" are not interrested in small enterprisers turnovers but they are concentraded to bigger and more known slices.
For who is this program suitable?
This program is suitable for small enterprisers - traders who needs to create invoices easily and quickly. For those who possibly made invoices in Excel, Word or with a type-writer up to now and they don't want to write articles and customers again and again.
For who is NOT this program suitable?
The program is not a robust solution for big companies. It doesn't contain earnings nor other functions which requires a big company. It attends only for storing of the goods and services list and clients and then you collect invoices from this data.
Is the program ready for EURO?
The change to another currency could be proceed without any problem. You can change the currency anytime you want and the articles you can multiply with the tax rate during few seconds. This is also useful for the price change.
How are the data secured?
The risk of data lost is almost impossible thanks great services of the provider on which servers is this site placed ;o) All data is dayly backed up.
What about security, this is on your judgement. My opinion is, if somebody will want to get your company data, there are easier ways than listening the communication between this server and your computer. And if some "hacker" will "hang on you" may be he has some reason, some intention and he will reach it. Information stored is this program is possible to get also by another way then by hacking.
Are the data archived?
According the law you have to store your invoices. This program stores and remembers your invoices in order to search it later what and whom did you invoice something. Also this serves for statistics creation about your turnover etc. Please don't consider the program as the place for storing your invoices. For the purpose given by a law I recommend you to print each invoice and archive it in the printed form and also save it into the computer as a file and regulary backup (for examlpe on CD).
What is possible to print from the program?
Invoices, receipts and nothing more. For the purpose of the delivery list I recommend to add following statement in the invoice: The Invoice is also the delivery list. | | | | | |
